Windsor - watercolour

I actually like the wobble!

Heather - thank you! I don't think HM the Queen would approve of this capture of her residence ......... " One is not amused"

I really love the light in this . The shadows and darks of the figures are so effective

It shows you have a free spirit to go with your freehand Michael. Wobble aside there are some smashing passages, the brightness of the sunshine, the mellowness of the buildings and your figures are great!

Good work, Michael.

Thank you Diana - yes I’m happy with the light and shadow if not the rest. Fiona - I like the idea of being a free spirit! This free spirit is rather confined at present ... can’t even walk a mile down to a nature reserve. Glad you feel it has some merit. Cesare - thank you. To all of you keep safe and well - troubled times.

Lol....that’s the thing about a free spirit Micheal, it can’t be contained, not even on the orders of Boris. I’ve stopped going that mile to the reserve, even with the two Ospreys back! Boohoo!

Let Osprey, Fiona, that you’ll be free to return to the reserve soon 😊

It's got life and atmosphere, great shadows

Hang on Studio Wall

An attempt based on a demonstration by Brian Smith in the latest edition of 'The Artist'. A bit wobbly in places and not helped by my being rather one-eyed at present - well that's my excuse anyway! Done largely freehand ..... but perhaps rather too freehand lol.
