On the Kyle of Tongue (after Wesson) - watercolour

You'd paint that just for the name of the place, really - I know the original painting, and you've made a very good job of rendering it in your own way; I particularly like your colour palette.

Any of you who have seen or possess the book by Steve Hall & Barry Miles on the watercolours of Edward Wesson will have seen this marvellous view he painted on the Kyle of Tongue. With some temerity, I've had a go at painting it. 15x11 in. on Arches 300lb NOT.
