Out for a stroll

I love the sky and the painting as a whole, I really like the ressesion you have achieved as it fades away to the distant hills, a really nice painting Michael, you should set up a Rescue Centre :)))))

Dennis, Fiona, Alan, Stephen, Derek & Malcolm - thank you all. I must say, Malcolm, that quite a few of my paintings are "rescue jobs" where the final result was not quite that originally intended!

Hang on Studio Wall

Two walkers out for a stroll on a hazy summer morning in the Chiltern Hills near Amersham. Originally a reject sky I painted last week, I had a second look yesterday and thought I might be able to make something of it so painted the rest. So here it is - a "rescue job". 14x10 in on Arches Rough
