Don't jump Michael. Clever piece including the climber's stance

Eek..... sooner you than me.... I&#39;d love to see the view from up there, but absolutely would never have had the courage to climb up: I couldn&#39;t do it now anyway - having fallen over my own feet in the garden last week, I should be a disaster waiting to happen. <br /><br />But a good, wet in wet, textured watercolour, even if it does make me weak at the knees.

whoo this picture tells a story. I love the height and the tension in this painting.

Thank you Dennis, Derek, Robert and Hazel. Not my best painting by a long chalk but if it engenders a feeling of height and tension as you say, Hazel, that is pleasing.

Hang on Studio Wall

Seeing Kevin McGinty's wonderful painting recently of Liathach in Glen Torridon, it inspired me to have a go at painting another iconic peak in the far north - Suilven. As my serious climbing days are now over, I can but imagine the sheer exhilaration of being high on a mountain peak surrounded by sky........
