Oh my this is a challenging painting. I think we are used to seeing a woman in such a subservient 'pose' (shocking in itself) and I have had to question why this packs a more powerful punch. It shouldn't should it? So a painting that makes me think and challenges perceptions plus technically extremely good ticks many boxes for me. What a diverse portfolio you have.
