There are some nice touches in this, but as an I hope friendly observation - the girl's a bit pale, so apart from anything else, the pearl ear-ring doesn't register enough; and I think that it would work better as a painting if you had sketched in more of the body - vignettes (if that's the word I want) can be made to work, but can also look as if there's been a nasty accident with a motorized scythe; which would explain the pallor, mind you..... Sorry, can't resist a quip - what you HAVE got right, and many get wrong, is the line of the eyes and perspective of the head.
