Love the BFG Lewis. His friendliness stands out a mile.

Like your variety of faces Lew, and the BFG looks very benevolent and rather sweet!

Nice work Lew, a high standard that is your norm.

Thank you Carolyn, Tessa and Paul, for your encouraging comments.

Great characters, Lew, but the BFG takes the biscuit. Super interp' of the big lad. Bri

Lovely work as ever Lew.

Always a joy to view your work Lew

Sketchbook stuff again. No time for much else. The faces are in various media...black gouache drawn with a brush, a pencil sketch, and (bottom left) a face that was intended to be pointillism, but I got bored with it and finished it with a wash. We'd been watched the BFG with the grandsons, so I drew my own version. Pen and watercolor.

Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
