It definitely has a certain je ne sais quoi , good one Lewis

This is really clever Lewis, smashing idea.

Lots to like about it Lew, your skill with a pen is clearly displayed. I find it interesting having to look very close to see all the different component’s that make it up.

Ohh la la. I didn't spot this as one of yours when I saw the thumbnail in the gallery, but when I clicked on it, the hand of the master was quite clear. A fascinating diversion from your usual postings and brilliantly done.

Very cleverly done Lewis. Your talent knows no boundaries.

Love it, Lewis.

Unusual & very creative.

Very interesting Lewis, and effective.

A great idea Lewis!

Not vaguely French definitely French. Amazed how you have achieved that face and beret,

Love the follies in his cap!

Thank you for your comments. Not very different I admit, this isn't far from what I normally do.

I've been having a go at Pop Art. Some of it I like very much, some I can't stand. (The same goes for most art genres for me). The man was drawn using Indian Ink, coloured pencils and a pen. I then fiddled with it a little bit in photoshop.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
