Flat pack

Flat pack

Yes can relate to this. My one and only attempt at assembling a flat pack was a disaster.

He has two pieces over he is optically safe Lewis.

I put in the bits left over for authenticity...the few times I've assembled flat packs I always had bits left over. I would kid myself they were spares, whilst keeping half an eye on the object waiting for it to collapse.

I'm a member of my local U3A art group. On some sessions we have set subjects for those who want to join in. On this occasion the subject was 'optical illusions'. For example, any of Escher's work, patterns that appear to move when you focus on them, and any other oddity than can only been shown in 2D work. The person who suggested it had brought in print-outs of examples. This was my effort. If you've ever managed to assemble a stool like this...notify the press immediately.

Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
