That was a great way to spend a few minutes. Looking around this drawing has been a great start to the day

Interesting piece indeed Lew, plenty to focus on.

Sacre bleu Lewis! There's everything here, I'll have to do a garlic still life or something.

A lot more interesting than my sole memory of Paris which is watching where I was walking so that I didn't put my foot into "it". All this going on above my lowered eyes and I missed it. Thanks for giving me a second chance. Like it.

Thank you all for the great feedback. A bit of fantasy nonsense, I'm imagining myself as the artist trying to get his model back in pose, she's listening to the fellow playing the piano (or, in this case, the suggestion of a piano.)

Another great drawing to wander through, Lew. Love it, and the idea of it. Bri

Ah, what a wonderful friend is our imagaination. It allows us to fantasise and produce our dreams and desires in the name of art. I just love and relate to this Lew, wonderful...(-:

Some good areas to view here Lew, really interesting. I think you are better off here at moment with all the Paris riots!

Great fun Lewis!

So much to look at Lewis. Love it.

Thanks again to those who have taken the trouble to comment, always very welcome. Yes Carole, Paris isn't the place to be right at the moment. I'm not sure the Paris that sits in my fond memories exists either.

Fabulous drawing Lewis, so much to look at and all so good!!

Reminds me of the Paris I used to know when I was young. Excellent drawing Lewis!

Thank you Margaret and Satu for your encouraging comments.

Another great drawing Lewis. So much lovely detail.

Lovely sketch, very good, Lewis.

Great drawing, Lewis, lots to look at!

For no reason I can think of, I've been on a little Parisian binge lately. Here's another. I'd like to live somewhere like this, complete with my beret and muses, but the reality may be a very different thing. So...a fantasy.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
