This is my son's band, they play in pubs and at weddings in the Portsmouth area. Using photos I drew pencil drawings of them, taking cartoonic liberties, scanned them into photoshop and then used the various tools and gizmoes to produce the image. My son - with the guitar - is not a great likeness, it's just about there. The other two of quite good...so two out of three isn't bad. That's life...ho hum.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
