Great, Lewis. Another crowd of super characters.

He must be telling a good story. The crowd seems very engaged. Great depiction of a pub scene.

Fabulous image Lewis. I know who you mean.

Love him....there’s always a bloke up the pub.

He looks to be a right know all..definitely one of the types that can be spotted 'down the pub'! His audience seem to be transfixed at hearing him spouting his knowledge. Super drawing Lewis, such good characters and facial expressions!

I knew him well Lewis, I used to work with him (-: . Great expressions on all the crowd, smashing work.

Great characters Lewis.

Great sketch again, it's the bloke you can't get away from when you've heard it all before 😁😁😁

Yet another interesting array of characters Lew, there's one of them in most pubs and I usually move well away.

If you heard it from the bloke in the pub then it must be true... though judging from this not on the topic of fashion.

Yep, we've all experienced this character 'down the pub, acutely observed and brilliantly depicted as always Lewis

Never mind the horse brasses, the women look brassed off!!! Smashing characters again Lewis!

Thanks you all for looking and your comments. As I'd thought, the 'bloke up the pub' is well known.

If it is heard down the pub, it must be true!. Lovely characters once again.

Great piece Lewis, I think we all know one of these!

We all must know one of those Lewis. Brilliant

Another smasher, Lewis. The characters are spot on, looking like they've had a few already. "You might not believe this, but..." *grin* Brian

You've heard of him. Somebody comes out with a ridiculous fact, you say 'where'd you get that from?' They say 'the bloke up the pub told me, so it must be right.' In your area he might be 'the bloke DOWN the pub.' The fabled Pub Expert who knows about everything. I don't see much of him these days, because I don't go to pubs. It's only when I posted this that I realized I'd intended to paint horse brasses on the green wooden beam at the top. Ah well...16 x 12, watercolour.
