I love it Lewis it’s yet another cracker , I love that sun dangling by a thread really inspired

Quite outrageous Lew, a good one for the wedding album.

What a a wonderful drawing! Such a lot to take in. Clever.

Fantastic , Lewis. Like Dermot I love the sun. You have an amazing imagination. Your work cheers me up.

I don’t think this one would have gone at a snails pace Lewis, the characters look full of life I get the impression it could be a lively affair. One again super work.

Your imagination is staggerin g Lewis. Superb rendition and love the bloke's allsorts wedding suit..

This would make a brilliant wedding card Lewis! So much more fun and colour than what we see out there. Have you ever thought of approaching a greeting card company!? Just a thought...

Thanks everybody for looking at my picture and your comments. I got the idea for the sun from a kitch ornament I saw in a shop...it was a sun on a stick...I thought it would work in my picture dangling on string.

Great look, I guess I know why she isn't in white... the sun hanging from a bit of wood is pretty cool.

As always great detail and colour Lewis. The way you have done the sun speaks many things to me.

Oh boy! And Oh girl! Love it again Lewis!

Brilliant idea - love it, Lewis

So wonderful Lewis! What a wedding!

I wonder what first attracted her to possibly wealthy little man. The sun seems amused by the mis-matched couple! This one's brilliant Lewis. Their expressions speak volumes .. excellent work !!

Done at Art group a few months back. One of the group was talking about a wedding she'd attended. There was no set subject that day, and I'd arrived with no thought on what to do...so I drew a wedding. If you're going to a wedding, this is the latest fashion (don't quote me on that). In my time I've been to a few 'all-day' weddings, where, at times, things move at a snail's pace...that's why I put the snail in. Watercolour and pen.

Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
