Don't know the words but they are sort of self explanatory. Great drawing and imagination.

yes , I needed to look up the meaning of cattywampus , not having met the word before. Educational as well as enjoyable - what more could you wish for !! thanks for your comment - it is appreciated.

Lewis , may I ask a trade secret ? - when using the inktense pencils - do you draw and then wash - or wash from the pencil point and then apply ? ( the paints have arrived , by the way , and they are certainly strong in colour when applied by brush )

Mike...I draw first then use the brush, the pencils effectively become watercolor. (Not too much water). On occasion, when I want a strong line, I will dip the pencil in water. It'll be interesting how you get on with the paints...I've not used them.

I can guess the first ( who couldn't ) but the exact meaning of the second one...must look up the exact definition. They may work their way into my general conversation...you had my husband shaking with laughter, Lewis.
