Those little details like the tension in the suspended stockings, the tightness of the chinstrap and the furrows in the headgear are so perfectly illustrated and epitomises your work and why I enjoy looking at it so much Lewis, brilliant! The humour is an added bonus!

So good. Like his garters holding up his socks, the two very bronzed skimpily clad onlookers and the partly hidden sunbather who is not amused all add up to a great picture.

Not a joke, just something I thought I'd draw. I've been watching some vintage docs on TV, and the old swimsuits must prompted this. Pen and watercolour, using two colours...and black and white of course. A3 sketchbook.
