It's a great cover Lew, but does it really address the 'Science Fiction' part of the title? I have no doubt it will be a great book whatever the cover....perhaps it's a case of not judging the book by the cover?

Thank you all for your great feedback. I was going to say a bit more about the books, but the description you can give is limited, as you'll know. As is my way, I have doubts the minute I finish a pic...this one's OK and it's fantasy...but I'm already thinking of something else for the cover. I may include this in the book just as a pic, but it'll need cropping. Tony's point about no sci-fi is valid...I may do some kind of 'compendium' picture.

I'm so glad you are putting your wonderful art into books and hope you are writing as well - as always this is great and your work ought to be out there.

Lewis that one with the piper with the piglet on his head and the boy struck with wonder come to mind for me. An extremely inviting cover image. Just a thought.

Thanks again for your comments. John, glad you liked my one-man band pic. I've already decided not to use this 'HOOK' pic as a cover...but I compile these over time, so there's no rush. At the moment I'm thinking a montage style pic with both sci-fi and fantasy might be better.

As Brian Epstein said to the Beatles, “oh just put a brown paper bag on it”. As said Lewis the content will be gripping.
