Have you watched “ Norman Cornish, The Definitive Collection”? Definitely worth a watch. I recognised this straight away Michael.

Super Micheal, I recognised it after Marjorie pointed me in the direction of Norman Cornish last week. I'm now a big fan of his work.

Love it, whippet n all.

Love it - without fail you make me smile and your ability to portray character is up there with the very best.

Excellent painting painting Michael.

I too only recently discovered Norman Cornish. This is spot on. Excellent work, Michael.

Love the fluidity and reality of the situation Michael. Super digital work. Do you find it difficult?

You are so good at capturing the pose and attitude of your subject Michael, even the whippet looks spot on……excellent.

Very very good Michael. Superb poses.

Thank you all folks. I used a programme called Artrage for this Carole. It is easier in the sense that it’s cleaner, provides colours and tools and does the job for you to some extent. I have seen all his work Marjorie. It resonates with me in lots of ways but mainly because I come from a family of miners and an area of mines.

Very Norman Cornish - really good.
