It’s excellent Jenny and the shape is certainly that of a blackbird. I agree as to the sound of them singing it’s very melodic and pleasant to hear .

‘Paint the sound of summer’. My favourite summer sound must be the song of the blackbird. One of our local blackbirds sits at the top of a neighbouring conifer and sings its heart out - it’s lovely on an early summer evening to sit in the garden and watch and listen to it. Was going to paint all of this, but decided to leave it as a line drawing, although without the colour it’s probably not obvious that it’s meant to be a blackbird!
