Thanks, Louise! (One of the benefits of using my watercolour pencils is that they provide a fairly wide range of ready made blues, some quite different to my usual watercolours.)

This was meant to be my last NHS tribute painting, but didn’t get it finished in time. Washed off what I could of a first attempt as didn’t like the colours, then decided to go over it again using just watercolour pencils blended in with a wet brush. Was a bit tedious and time-consuming but made a change, I’ve not used the pencils this way before. Not a new design, though, one I’ve used a few times.
