Purple Carrots!

Great drawing. I have never seen them for sale but I know seeds are available. The colour of all carrots until the orange was bred I believe. Don’t know why?

Well, I never knew that Katy. They have a sweeter, earthier taste halfway between carrot and beet 😋

Yes, I really do have a bag of purple carrots and they’re delicious so I had to draw one. Coloured pencil on toned paper.
