Whilst walking on the Downs earlier this month, I saw a couple up ahead on the path, at the top of the hill, and for an instant they were silhouetted against the sky. I just wanted to capture that moment - before they disappeared over the hill out of sight.

Many moons ago I completed an Art Foundation, and have attended art classes and workshops along the way, but basically I'm self-taught. I prefer to work in watercolour - I enjoy being expressive with colour and line, and experimenting with mixed media.
