Dandelions and Lilacs

Dandelions and Lilacs

Lovely painting.

Like this a lot Helen

Lovely textures and reflections in the glass jar. I love the contrast between the two flower species too.

What a clever combination Helen. We usually think of dandelions as weeds and something to be got rid of but actually they are rather attractive.

Beautiful painting. I actually like dandelions and they look good opposite the blue vase.

Lovely Helen. Really bright and cheerful.

Thank you for all your kind comments, I’m so pleased you like my work.

Beautiful !

Beautiful. I like that you have used the dandelions. I was just saying on my morning walk, how pretty they look in the hedgerows.

I was delighted that Painters-Online selected this painting for the Editor’s Choice award in the September issue of The Artist.

Hang on Studio Wall

I love the endless combinations of colours, textures and patterns I can create, and how the vases, jars, pots and jugs suggest a sort of relationship in the composition.
