Love it Gudrun, superb drawing skill including just what is needed and no more!

A stunner of a drawing Gudrun

Excellent. The rider's pose is spot on, and the horse and dogs indicated perfectly in a few lines. A classy drawing.

I agree with the other comments, Gudrun. This is spot on!

Beautifully drawn, Gudrun.

Great drawing Gudrun.

A beautiful drawing of a hunstman. You can almost feel the lines of communication between man, horse and hounds.

Thank you all for your appreciation! It keeps me going.

Proportions are great, Gudrun!

Absolutely fabulous drawing. Superb horse and rider

Excellent Gudrun, I can really feel the movement.

Wonderful length and a good seat Gudrun...nice to see the heels down! Lovely proportions and figure.

Some more thanks for your appreciation. Yes, Fiona, like you I always check out rider position. Perhaps he needs to square the shoulders a bit. I love horses, and the challenge of drawing them, and riders if they have them. Perhaps a riderless one next, or perhaps a dancer.

Great drawing as ever!

Who ... almost let the dogs out?

The elegance of the movement of the horse and the shapes in this reference just had to be done in ink. Archival as always, ink on 23x30cm grey paper. Bad autumn light for photograph.
