The Breakfast Table
This was to be the theme for our art club’s competition last March, but Covid-19 put a stop to that. Instead, we’ve just put our entries on Facebook and Instagram (look-up @artclub_marketharborough on Instagram for member’s paintings). This was done alla prima from memory using gouache on Kent paper A3. I revelled in the colours here, where I used the French Ultramarine and primary yellow straight from the tube.
