I like the strong colours here Fiona.

Good to try different techniques etc out occasionally and you certainly have here Fiona! I like the texture and the weathered effect you have achieved in the castle. The strong sky works too, a sense of drama to the scene.

Stephen assumed it up nicely for me! I particularly like your pen marks on the greeny yellowy bits.

Thank you very much everyone for your feedback on this one. I'm a bit out of my comfort zones with these bright colours but wanted to give it a try. I quite like the work of John Piper and was trying something out in that fashion, haven't come close of course!lol. Thanks again!

You really do like to experiment and I have to admit I admire you for that. As you say this is bright (!) but I still like it. The pen and ink work in all your work is always so impressive.

I can see a certain persons influence coming out in this piece Fiona. I love the strong colours, the indian ink and the touch of wax ( which I always manage to overdue when I've tried it).
