Thanks Mick, there are more boats and fisherman's 'stuff' but didn't want to put in all the clutter. I know, if nothing else John pastels have made me use COLOUR!!! Not sure whether it will ever get to a proper painting though. Thank you.

Nicely done Fiona, looks loose and spontaneous , something I'm trying to achieve but I keep getting bogged down adding unnecessary detail.

I understand Keith ref detail, I don't have too much trouble with that as I just can't do detail so I always make it easy on myself and ignore it...sometimes, it works!lol Thank you very much for your kind comment. Don't say that Alan, your work isn't rubbish at all....it's exciting! It's demoralising after all the preparations and hard work put in to setting up an exhibition, not to sell anything but you have to stay positive Alan and think about the next one.
