Christmas Competition! by Fiona Phipps

With kind permission from Dawn, I’ve arranged a £20 prize of which you can choose between a Jackson’s voucher or something from the POL store. I’ve recently posted a few ink and watercolour abstract paintings and it’s been so much fun reading your comments about what you have seen in them. So in the next couple of days I will post another, larger this time, and all you need to do is tell me what you see……just that. Names will go in a Santa hat and will be drawn by my glamorous assistant Jules. Entry date finishes on Hogmanay and the winner will be notified on New Year’s Day.

That’s great! So glad you’re up for this. I’ve been working on the painting this afternoon, and as always and typical, it isn’t as good as the last one I posted! I’ve used different paper and it isn’t as good. So to make it even more of a test for you all, I’ve done four separate ones on the original paper, in different colours, which I will arrange somehow and photograph I’m going to make you work for your 20 quid! Lol If you don’t mind I’m going to re-post this message in case some miss it now it’s off the first page. Keep an eye on the gallery tomorrow, in between stuffing the turkey, making the punch, wrapping your little piggies in blankets and delivering your last minute presents.
