Waters Edge

Great representation of the boundaries Fiona. You captured it alright.

Well I did wonder if you’d posted it upside down at first glance Fiona. A brave attempt at what is quite tricky to represent.

Like Alan I thought it would look just as good representing land meeting sky as it does water meeting land so I saved it and turned it upside down ( I hope you don't mind ) and, imho, it does, if not better. Two great paintings for the price of one :)

Thank you Michael. Alan, Val.....you’ve sussed me out....lol! Yes it is upside down, I wasn’t happy with it, turned it the other way and liked it better. Thanks very much for your observations.

I think I will try turning my paintings upside down if they look as good as this, Fiona!!

Jennifer and Gudrun, thank you ladies. I may try this trick again....lol

I keep turning it around ! This way is my choice but both very good.

Ha ha .....mine too Richard. Thank you.

A lovely semi abstract feel to this, Fiona.

Thank you very much Ellen.

12”x9” oil on board. Tried to capture the sometimes indistinct boundaries between land and water, also land and sky.
