Wonderful sketches Emma, you’ve captured their character very well. We are fortunate to have a very health population of house sparrows, they like the kibbles maise that we feed the chickens. Must have around forty newly fledged visiting the garden at the moment.

We rarely see sparrows in the garden, so when this family turned up I took as many photos as I could, then started drawing them. Might become a painting later.
