This building is known around the world and constructed from granite. It was once our University but now the Council Headquarters. I had to use 7 different photos plus my own photos for reference . Because it is a very long building, it is imposible to take a photo straight on as we couldn't go back far enough because of the high modern structure opposite. Every photo had very strong perspective at an angle so I chose parts then put them together again to see the College more frontal. It is the first time I have ever drwn this building and I will not be attempting it again because it is so complicated. Watercolour with some pencil and ink added 11 x 14 inch.
