Love the misty quality of this and the way you hinted at detail.

Days gone by, pre Internet etc., reminds us of how life has changed.

Yes things are going from bad to worse Stephen

What a reminder of the past Dennis, I remember the rag & bone man that would come round our village now and again when I was a child. He would give us kids lucky bags and balloons in exchange for old clothes etc. Although to be honest, I use to wear most of my old clothes!lol Lovely watercolour!

EEee! You don't see them like you used to
He should be down our street not in the woods.
Evocative and well painted.

Many thanks Fiona glad you wore your old clothes aye Derek now it's all bogus charity with six figure salaries who have stolen their lives. Still have one here

Loads of spontaneity and fluidity in this one, Dennis. Well done!

In Lancashire the rag and bone man used to give out blocks of soft stone which housewives used to clean their door steps. Thank goodness those days have gone but you have brought back long forgotten memories Dennis, well done.

I think I might have Alzheimers, because I remember the scenes in these paintings of yours so vividly, Dennis!

Join the club Jennifer and thanks again everyone
