Yes difficult from all points. but you've handled it well. I rarely leave a work unfinished, usually bin it.

Hang on Studio Wall

Oil on canvas board, 8" X 10". i love this view, known to many, looking towards St Paul's from the third floor balcony of the Tate Modern. Oh, I thought, wouldn't it be nice to paint it? Little realising until well into it that it was almost too much of a challenge: tonal changes, colours in the shadows, perspective, simplifying.... Does anyone else find it hard to leave a painting unfinished and move on? I just couldn't do that!
