Sketch 18x26 cm, pen and watercolour I spotted the boat KAIMAN in Oberwesel, where it was moored on the Rhine. It is the only survivor of five ships built between 1859 and 1892. Her diving bell could be lowered up to 8 metres below the water level for inspections and work in riverbeds. Length 44.50m Width 9.33m Draught 1.50m Height : 14,30m Tonnage : 400 tons
