Whitby harbour

I know Whitby well - living 14 miles up coast (Saltburn-by-the-Sea). Lovely depiction Barry. Keep them coming!!

I used to live in Darlington and know them both well. This is confusing me as to technique, treatment and medium. Can you advise us please?

Thanks for your comments Derek, This is a watercolour drawn in pencil from a photograph I took on a cold winter day. It was given an initial ghost wash with some masking fluid used. The remaining work was largely wet on wet. No body colour was used.
