  • An iddylic scene nicely caught Pete. Good work.

  • Hello Peter. I was at the workshop too. I really admired your painting today and it looks so well here. I have also put my effort online. I did not go Plein Air but did my drawing outside then stayed in studio to paint - touch of hay fever. Jem did a great job.

  • Hard to pinpoint one aspect, just like the whole thing.

  • I like Jem's work so a good workshop to be on. Well done on this super sketch Peter.

  • Excellent painting Pete, great sky made up or not. As we both know this is one of Jem’s areas of expertise I wonder did he have any influence on this one?

  • Thanks Barry. Yes, it's fair to say that Jem is a big influence. He painted the scene the day before, as we watched.

  • Super take on this lovely scene Pete, made up or not, that's a great sky.

  • Thanks Maureen. Yes, it was one of the best workshops I've been to. Sorry about your hay fever. I, too, suffer a bit, but it's tree pollen with me, so a different time of year.
