  • Well thought out Barry, the figure leads the viewer into the scene well. The wet road and pavement reflections work well also.

  • I would hope that the 'white paint' nonsense has largely disappeared, if not it should have. When I went to view some of the Turner sketches at the Tate a while back I was delighted to see his brilliant use of opaque white, if it's good enough for him...
