  • It's enormous Andrea! You are so brave to tackle something like this but of course the end result is wonderful and those office people are so lucky to have a great painting on their wall.

  • Thank you Derek, just needs a bit of decking under the committee chairs and you can imagine you are not in the office at all! :)

  • Thank you Satu, as long as you remember you're on a ladder - and don't step back to check out your work from a distance.......... :) Thanks for your comment :)

  • What a feat of painting! I bet it looks wonderful Andrea - I would think many dull office meeting rooms would benefit from something lovely like this!

  • So sorry! Here it is. I saw the detail first Andrea. I would prefer to look at this and dream than listen in a meeting ;)

  • That's a huge undertaking, Andrea, and you've acquitted yourself beautifully! Lovely use of warm and cool hues, with loads of atmosphere.

  • Thank you Janet, it was a little different to a normal work in progress, where - if you prefer - you can turn the piece to the wall and just reveal it at the end!!! Glad to say the feedback was positive even during the early 'blocking in' phase :) Thank you for your lovely comment :)

  • Thank you Julie :) What would you add to yours? I'd have a daylight bulb and a little heat lamp so I could sit with the warmth on my face like the lizard on top of the plug...that would brighten up those cold, rainy winter afternoons when it always gets dark far too soon!
