Like the way you have restricted the colours in this sky , it is well painted and works so well to create a really good expressive piece .

57cmx37cm watercolour on Saunders Waterford paper, painted with 4 colours Based on a photo I took at Attenborough Nature Reserve. The drama created by the clouds was so powerful I felt impelled to have a go at painting the scene. Tinkered with it a bit more, on hindsight should have chosen a brighter yellow, but leaving it there as I am determined not to introduce another colour!
