Love the impasto effects in the sky and your very subtle palette Allan. You have captured that early morning feel before the haze disappears and the sun appears.

A tranquil sky study this time, capturing a hazy early morning coastal scene, with the prospect of a warm day ahead. I’ve used a limited palette here, picking out just a few highlights using pure titanium white. Oil on board 40 x 50cm.
