Thanks Maureen, Michael and Lew for the comments. Aye, cotton buds Lew. I use then for shading charcoal sketches or soft pencil work normally, and just wanted to experiment with acrylics

So called because I did 90% of it with a couple of cotton buds and straight from the tube acryllic paint. The rest with a 1 inch paint scraper.Trying out some new (pretty cheap) acryllic tubes and a bit of wild imagination. Didn't seem to work out too bad. 12 x 9 inch watercolour paper..
