Very eye catching Linda with those two dominant colours. The lights on the near buildings are a lovely touch and you really get a sense of the approach to the harbour.

Love the silhouetted bridges and other buildings. This must have been quite a challenge, not an easy subject. The colours are wonderful and I imagine this to look even better in the flesh Linda.

70cm x 50cm acrylic and Sharpies on stretched canvas. I forgot to post this after finishing it. I was surprised at how well this worked out. It took quite a time to work out the scale, but the painting did not take very long at all. Inspired by coming into NY harbour at Dawn on a cruise ship.
