Practicing oil pastels or baking? 😂 some wonderful texturing Marjorie can almost pick the eggs up.

Still learning Stephen, and thanks everyone. I still can't make my mind up whether I ' ll make a more serious foray into oil pastels....I 'm waiting until they're all back in stock. I 've definitely found out that I don't like using a thinner, it just liquidised too much.

Ha ha Carole! Baking has taken a back seat at the moment - puts weight on and the weather is too good to miss!

This is lovely Marjorie, I have been using oil pastels in my mixed media work recently and in my opinion they are a difficult medium to master.

Marjorie, this is fabulous. I don’t think your still practicing…..I think you’ve cracked it (pardon the pun).

I've got a good set of oils pastels I've hardly used but this super painting has inspired me to unearth them and give them a go.
