Before the outbreak of Covid we travelled beyond the Arctic circle to hopefully see the Northern lights. Alta is a town where ice sculptures are seen, where there is an ice hotel and temperatures in winter are way into the minuses. The cathedral is constructed mostly from metal and wood. It’s painted wet on wet or wet on dry.
