An expressive representation of the Baltic coast. Painted by first applying blue and ochre liquid graphite to indicate the sky, sea and foreshore, and then adding acrylic inks to strengthen the tones and acrylic paint to lighten some areas, before finally pulling the whole image together using soft pastel. On Moulin du Roy 300 gsm watercolour paper
