Owl with Brusho

Comments

I followed this on the Forum, Linda. Fantastic result! Love the colours and the ink finish.

Wow that has worked so well... love it.

I love that effect Linda, especially top left where you have added some ink work. The brusho has created a super background for your little owl.

Thank you Mia and Sylvia but how long will it last 🙄

Smashing result Linda.

I love the simplicity of this painting. Very effective. Never heard of Brusho before.

Love the subtle use of Brusho Linda, it’s really worked well with the lovely owl. Interesting that you have used acrylic paper, I’ve only used watercolour paper. Something to try.

Lovely owl Linda, nicely painted.

Super, like this a lot Linda

Thank you all so much for such positive comments. I hadn't considered using Brusho until I was bought some for Christmas, but I will continue to experiment with them to see how colourfast they are.

This has worked really well - great painting.

That’s a beauty Linda.

Another experiment with Brusho, colours used with Brusho were grey and white, owl painted in gouache with black and white uni pen, 6 x 6ins on Galeria acrylic paper which has taken the Brusho well.
