Really like the energy in the line work Linda and love the pallet, your sky is so dramatic plus the color graduation in the rocks, whats not to like, nice one.

This is super, Linda. Love the strong colours and line work!

This would work up into a fabulous oil painting Linda. Wonderful combination of colours which have created a moody atmosphere. Your pen work adds to ruggedness of the seascape...a smasher.

Beautifully dramatic Linda but a tad foreboding.

Like it a lot, the sky is particularly good.

Thank you Malcolm, Mia, Fiona and Carole your comments are very different from Jim's but I would rather people be honest in their opinions, after all that's what the majority of us want's when we post our work on here. We can't expect compliments all the time, will try harder next time Jim lol !!!!

Keep up the experimentation. A dramatic and effective painting.

Wow these colours are wonderful

Well, I just love this, Linda - it was the beautiful colours that caught my eye, enhanced by the bold pen work. (Not familiar with Inkbrush, what make are they?)

Really dramatic, I like this.

Many thanks William, Hilary and Jenny, your comments, are all very positive!! Jenny they are Newdoer, bought from Amazon a while back. Jim, I like the fact that you have voiced your opinion. Not art is to every ones taste, probably a good job and I am always open to criticism, don't worry I am thick skinned enough to take it !!!

A very lively and atmospheric piece, beautifully painted.

Really love this evocative piece, Linda

Lots to like here Linda

Don't worry about it Jim, no need for apologies, I think we all know each other well enough on this site to take the rough with the smooth, Linda 😀

Love this Linda - stunning!

Atmospheric and impressionistic - like it, Linda

I really like this and just noticed it’s actually very small, but of course we are seeing it larger when clicked on, and I agree with Fiona, potential for a lovely oil painting here Linda.

This is quite dramatic, Linda. Love that sky.

Thank you Seok, Thalia, Heather, Margaret, Maureen, Tessa and Ellen for taking the time to look and comment, Linda 😘

Experimenting with Inkbrush, colours are bright so have tried to play them down by blending in lots of water then finished off with uni pen in black and white. Small size 4 x 4, wouldn't attempt anything much larger with these brush pens. Free Image from Pixabay.
