I have been wanting to paint this for a long time but couldn't get the sunset right, then I happened to be there with my camera and caught the scene I wanted. This is of the 7 Sisters near Hetton le hole, there used to be 7 trees, hence the name, and it is oil paint on stretched canvas measuring 100cm by 40cm.
