I do like the close up format of this Chris, great shadows and descriptive marks and lines. Is that confetti on the steps of what looks like a memorial to the First World War?

Yes Fiona I added the confetti just to give the painting a little story of interest. Worked from a photograph I took while visiting friends. Conderton is a beautiful village near Evesham.
