I can't say i like him (singing, I don't know the man), but I can't deny the soulful voice in that song.
Nah - whether you like is music is irrelevant... he IS a great subject, craggy and rough, "lived in".. Like a softer version of Eastwood... Bronson... craggy faced and mean as a stuck badger, except he comes across as "not mean"
Ok, advice taken...second picture done in pencil only. This is MUCH better, but too long in the face. I dont know but now suspect that lengthening of faces is a beginners error for some reason. I shall try a third (and fourth and fifth) until I get my dear mate Leonard just right. I would appreciate constructive criticism of course, together with further advice. David
Significant improval but don't lose any sleep about it. Considering your newness you ain't doing bad.
