My latest WIP - using acrylics for this one, although I have plans to do an oil as well. I couldn't believe how long a bough could be without breaking; I think it's a sycamore, but I must go back and check before making much more progress; got to give SOME idea of the species of tree, otherwise you end up with generic ones that resemble each other but no known species. I fear Bob Ross trees are like that, without wishing to stir the embers of past controversies.
